The World Tree is filled with strange relics left behind by an ancient civilization, but collecting them is only half of what makes them valuable.
The Ancient Relic Recycler gives these relics a second purpose by breaking down their stored technology and turning them into useful materials and rare rewards.
It is an expensive endgame structure to build, but once you have one running at your base, all those Ancient Relics you have been collecting finally have somewhere to go.
How To Unlock Ancient Relic Recycler?
The Ancient Relic Recycler becomes available at Level 74 in the Technology Menu and requires 3 Technology Points to unlock.
Once unlocked, you can build the structure using the following materials.
- 50 Paloxite Ingot
- 50 Mythical Wood
- 30 Ancient Civilization Parts
- 20 Ancient Civilization Core
How To Use Ancient Relic Recycler?
Using the Ancient Relic Recycler is fairly straightforward once it has been built and powered, as the structure handles the recycling process automatically.
Open its menu and place the Ancient Relics you want to recycle into the available slots, then turn on the power to activate the Recycler.
A Pal with Handiwork Work Suitability will then begin processing the relics, with the resulting materials and items determined by the types and quantities of Ancient Relics being recycled.
World Tree Holy Water can also be placed into the Recycler to increase its recycling speed by 1.5×, allowing the structure to process relics more quickly.
Possible Outputs

How To Get Ancient Relics?
Ancient Relics are primarily obtained by defeating or capturing Pals throughout the World Tree, with different encounters having a chance to drop relics of varying quality.
You can also obtain Ancient Relics through World Tree Expeditions, giving you another way to build up your supply without relying entirely on combat and exploration.
There are five types of Ancient Relics, ranging from Decayed Ancient Relic to Glistening Ancient Relic, with higher quality versions providing better recycling results.
As you explore the World Tree, keep any Ancient Relics you find so they can later be processed through the Ancient Relic Recycler.
Ancient Relic Recycler Benefits
The Ancient Relic Recycler gives the Ancient Relics you collect throughout the World Tree a practical purpose, turning them into useful materials and rare items instead of leaving them unused.
Its biggest benefit is providing additional Paloxite and Mythical Wood, two valuable World Tree materials that can otherwise take considerable effort to gather.
The Recycler can also produce Radiant Gems, Life Fruits, Skill Fruits, Training Manuals, Blueprints, Applied Handbooks, and other valuable rewards, giving your surplus relics plenty of potential value.
This makes it especially useful during endgame progression, where these materials and rewards can help with crafting, upgrading equipment, and developing your Pals.
Verdict
The Ancient Relic Recycler is one of the more useful endgame structures because it gives the Ancient Relics you collect a purpose beyond simply storing them.
Its biggest appeal is the chance to obtain Ancient Civilization Cores, Disposable Implants, Skill Fruits, manuals, and blueprints.
Once you start collecting large amounts of Ancient Relics, the Recycler turns that surplus into valuable rewards that can directly support your endgame progression.
