Clovee’s Partner Skill is called Happy Clover, which increases the Gathering Work Suitability level of every other Pal working at your base by 1.

The effect becomes even more valuable as your base expands, especially when you have several Plantations producing crops at the same time.
Clovee Uses
Clovee has Level 1 Planting and Level 1 Gathering Work Suitability, allowing it to both sow seeds and harvest fully grown crops from your Plantations.
This makes it an excellent choice during the early game since a single Clovee can handle multiple stages of crop production instead of standing around waiting for one task.
