Destiny 2: Mine Now (How to Complete & Rewards) Triumph

Public Events often have mechanics that players ignore in favor of simply defeating enemies as quickly as possible, but some Triumphs require a little more participation.

The Mine Now Triumph is tied to the Fallen Walker Public Event, where you will need to recover and deposit an Arc Charge after damaging the Walker.

As long as you know when the Arc Charge appears, this is a simple objective that can be completed before the Public Event even ends.

How To Complete Mine Now Triumph?

To complete the Mine Now Triumph, head to a Fallen Walker Public Event, such as the Arsenal Walker event that can appear in the Forgotten Shore of the Cosmodrome or on the Moon.

Fight the Walker as normal until it drops an Arc Charge, which will happen after you have dealt enough damage to it during the encounter.

Pick up the Arc Charge and quickly carry it over to one of the nearby generators before interacting with it to deposit the charge.

Once you have deposited the Arc Charge, the Mine Now Triumph will be complete, and you may either finish the Public Event or leave the area.

Completing the Public Event is optional, as depositing a single Arc Charge is the only requirement needed to finish the Triumph.

Mine Now Triumph Rewards

Once you have deposited an Arc Charge during a Fallen Walker Public Event, you can claim the Mine Now Triumph from the Monument of Triumph for 15 Legendary Marks.

Depositing Arc Charges

The Arc Charge only appears after the Walker has taken enough damage, so focus on attacking it until one is dropped onto the ground.

While carrying an Arc Charge, you cannot use your weapons, so clear out nearby enemies first if they are likely to interrupt you before reaching the generator.

You only need to deposit a single Arc Charge to complete the Triumph, meaning there is no need to finish every mechanic during the Public Event.

Verdict

The Mine Now Triumph shines a spotlight on one of the Fallen Walker Public Event’s core mechanics, encouraging players to do more than simply destroy the Walker.

It is the kind of objective that many Guardians will complete naturally once they know what the Arc Charges are actually used for during the encounter.

Whether you finish the Public Event afterward or move on to your next Triumph, depositing a single Arc Charge is all it takes to add another Monument of Triumph objective to your collection.
