The Karotic Signa is a secret cosmetic that can be found during The Kuva Wytch mission, rewarding players who take the time to explore The Marrowbone.

How To Get Karotic Signa?
To obtain the Karotic Signa, you must activate five hidden consoles scattered throughout The Marrowbone while progressing through The Kuva Wytch mission.
These consoles can be identified by the “Bypass” prompt that appears when you approach them, allowing you to interact with each one as you make your way through the ship.
Activating all five consoles within the required time limit unlocks a hidden room where the Karotic Signa can be claimed.
How To Open Secret Room In The Kyva Wytch Mission?
The secret room is unlocked by activating all five hidden consoles aboard The Marrowbone in the correct order before too much time passes between each interaction.
After activating the final console, return to the area near the third console where the previously locked door will now be open, allowing you to enter and claim the Karotic Signa.
Console 1
The first console can be found in the room where you first arrive aboard The Marrowbone, and it is to the right behind a pillar.
Console 2
Continue making your way to the next room, and once you head up the stairs, there will be a door on your left, and inside is another console.
Console 3
Proceed making your way to the next room, and take a right to go down a flight of stairs, and to the left, there will be a room with a console in it. (This is also where the door to the secret room is)
Console 4
Before making your way back up, check the side of the stairs, and you will find the next console here, leaving one more to go.
Console 5
Head up the stairs and take a right, which will lead you to a flight of stairs going down to the pool-like area, and just as you reach the bottom, take a look to your right, and you will find the last console.
Secret Room Location
The secret room is in the same area where you interacted with Console 3, and the door will be unlocked once you have accessed each of the consoles in the correct order and in a short amount of time.
Continue making your way inside and head down until you reach the secret room, where there will be a briefcase that has “secret” appear when you approach it.
Interact with the briefcase, and this will reward you with the Karotic Signa, which will now be added to your inventory.
