You have finally brought back the last of the sigils and used it on the last vessel, which should have unlocked the way into the Inner Vault.
Upon meeting up with Tyrael and Lorath, something strange begins to happen, and suddenly, you notice the Horadric Guardian come to life.
With this threat now targeting you as an enemy of the Horadrim, it plans to destroy you as it would any other invader attempting to get into the Horadric Vault.
How To Get Horadrim Quest?
After the completion of “The Initiate” quest, the “Horadrim” quest will be the next one in line for the Lord of Hatred campaign.
This comes after you recently obtained the Sigil of Tal Rasha and used it on the Vessel of Tal Rasha to complete all four of the ones that were needed.
Horadrim Walkthrough
The Horadric Guardian comes to life as soon as this quest begins, and you will need to fight it right away with the help of Tyrael and Lorath.
This boss may attempt to link a change to you, which requires you to be careful not to get pulled towards it and evade its attacks while fighting back.
Tyrael and Lorath will do their part in the fight, but you will have to do the majority of the damage to the Horadric Guardian until its health is reduced by a certain amount.
After a certain amount of damage is done to the Horadric Guardian, it will become invulnerable and will not take any more damage from your attacks.
This warding that protects it can be dispelled by interacting with the correct vessel to use a sigil by taking it into the warding circle.
Each time this happens, you will need to choose the right sigil, and this is hinted at by the symbols that surround the Horadric Guardian.
The Horadric Guardian will become more deadly as its health gets lower, and evading its attacks will be necessary to avoid taking large amounts of damage.
Once its health is low, Tyrael realizes that there is one more sigil need but none are available, and it turns out, he is the key to weakening it in this final step.
Wait for Tyrael to weaken the Horadric Guardian, and afterward, you may deal the final blow to it, which unlocks the door to the Inne Vault.
Make your way into the next room and speak to Tyrael once you have reached the Horadric Cube, which will begin a cutscene.
In the cutscene, Lilith’s Blade is reforged using the power of the cube, giving you a weapon that can now be used against Mephisto.
During the cutscene, you pass out, and this is due to the presence of Mephisto and Lilith in the mind’s eye. (The quest ends here)
Horadrim Quest Rewards
After the cutscene has been completed, the quest will be complete, and a new quest called “Death” will begin as you wake up in The Mind’s Eye.
In addition to the next quest being unlocked, you also receive:

Verdict
After returning the final sigil, the Horadric defenses unexpectedly activated once more as the Horadric Guardian awakened and turned against your group.
The battle forced you to rely on the sigils again to weaken the guardian’s protections before Tyrael revealed himself as the final key needed to break the last ward.
With the Horadric Guardian defeated and the Inner Vault opened, Lilith’s Blade was finally reforged before you were suddenly pulled back into the Mind’s Eye and must now search for Lilith.
