Warframe: Tektolyst Artifacts (How to Get, Upgrade & Testing)

Tektolyst Artifacts were introduced with The Old Peace update, providing Operators with unique Focus School weapons that perform Tauron Strikes in-mission.

These Artifacts are summoned by the Operator and wielded by their Warframe, offering Activation and Persistent effects that enhance combat performance.

They are upgraded using Tektolyst Artifact Arcanes and Mods through the Operator Equipment screen, giving Operators a fully customizable experience via Mods and Arcanes.

What Are Tektolyst Artifacts?

Each Tektolyst Artifact grants Activation effects for dramatic attacks and Persistent effects that apply buffs, debuffs, or area-of-effect damage.

They can be visually customized and upgraded for flexibility in both appearance and functionality across missions.

Artifacts also unlock additional Focus nodes, allowing Operators to specialize in offense, defense, or support based on their playstyle.

How To Get Tektolyst Artifacts?

Players can purchase Tektolyst Artifacts from Marie Leroux in the Sanctum Anatomica after completing The Old Peace quest, provided the respective Focus School is unlocked.

Each Artifact costs 150 Lyroic Bridge, 150 Ren Hypercore, and 150 Ascaris Prime, and acquisition unlocks the Artifact’s Tauron Strike and five Focus nodes.

Artifacts must be purchased before using their Tauron Strikes outside Perita Rebellion missions, and they can be upgraded and customized from both the Operator Equipment menu and the Arsenal.

All Tektolyst Artifacts

Thara (Madurai)

The elemental bow of Madurai delivers Tauron Strikes that combine explosive Activation effects with persistent buffs, enhancing both Operator and Warframe performance.

Cast your Tauron Strike to unleash Thara’s bow, raining explosive Void arrows that scorch enemies and leave lingering area damage.

Vexoric (Naramon)

The precise blade of Naramon empowers Tauron Strikes that apply status effects while synergizing with Operator agility and movement.

Cast your Tauron Strike to summon Vexoric, cleaving foes with precision and sending arcs of energy that strike multiple enemies.

Cogron (Unairu)

A massive hammer from Unairu, Cogron delivers Tauron Strikes that deal heavy area damage while providing battlefield control opportunities.

Cast your Tauron Strike to slam Cogron into the ground, creating a seismic shockwave that topples enemies and fractures terrain.

Nidri (Vazarin)

The sacred staff of Vazarin combines offensive Tauron Strikes with Persistent healing and defensive effects for the Operator.

Cast your Tauron Strike to plant Nidri, releasing a wave of Void energy that stuns enemies and supports allies within its radius.

Lorak (Zenurik)

The grimoire of Zenurik produces Tauron Strikes that enhance Void abilities while delivering both Activation and Persistent effects.

Cast your Tauron Strike to release Lorak, firing a concentrated beam of Void energy that pierces enemies and restores Warframe energy.

Using Tauron Strikes

In missions, Tauron Strikes can be activated whenever you have the corresponding Focus School’s Tektolyst Artifact equipped and ready for use.

Charge your Artifact by defeating enemies, picking up Convergence Orbs, or benefiting from Focus Lens bonuses while in the mission.

Once fully charged, switch to Operator mode and activate the third ability to unleash the Tauron Strike’s Activation and Persistent effects.

How To Upgrade Tektolyst Artifacts?

Artifacts appear automatically when a Focus School is activated, and they can be upgraded through the Operator Equipment screen, just like Arcanes and Mods.

Upgrades improve Tauron Strike damage, effectiveness, and synergy with Tektolyst Artifact Mods, allowing Operators to specialize their build for offense, defense, or support roles.

Artifacts can also be visually customized and equipped with Arcanes, keeping their effects while changing appearance across missions.

How To Test Tektolyst Artifacts?

Perita Rebellion missions are perfect for trying out different Tektolyst Artifacts before deciding which one to invest in.

Choose a Focus School at the start of the mission to receive the corresponding Artifact for active use throughout the encounter.

Use the mission to experiment with Tauron Strikes, Activation effects, and Persistent buffs to see which Artifact best fits your playstyle and strategy.

Verdict

Tektolyst Artifacts add a meaningful layer of Operator gameplay, merging Focus Schools, Tauron Strikes, and customization through Mods and Arcanes.

Mastering these Artifacts allows for versatile strategies, from high damage output to battlefield control, making them essential for optimized Operator builds.

Investing in Artifacts, their upgrades, and customization is highly rewarding for players who want to maximize the synergy between Focus Schools and combat performance.
