Dazzi Noct is a Dark Variant of the Electric Pal called Dazzi and was introduced when the Feybreak Update was released.
This Pal can be found in specific regions on Feybreak Island and possesses active skills from different element groups, which mainly include Dark, Electric, and a few others.
Having Dazzi Noct accompany you in a fight can be a great choice or even having it in your party will allow it to assist you in a fight when another Pal is summoned thanks to its partner skill.

Dazzi Noct can be found in the Emberstone Plateau, mainly in the areas near the pools of lava located within the region.
Additionally, there is a Level 53 Field Boss variant named Dazzi Noct, Born of the Thunderclouds that can be found at (-1344, 1580) at the Frozen Coral Hill.
Dazzi Noct Uses
Dazzi Noct can be a great Pal to utilize in a battle as it is quick and has active skills that can deal continuous damage to your enemies.
Its partner skill allows it to stay by your side regardless if it has been summoned and it may even fight beside you and the Pal that you have summoned.
Assigning this Pal to your base may also be helpful as it has multiple work skills that may be utilized, including its ability to generate electricity.
Dazzi Noct Partner Skill
Dazzi Noct has the Lady of Dark Lightning partner skills, which allow it to appear next to your character even if you do not have it summoned. (It follows you around)
This allows Dazzi Noct to attack enemies that you are fighting as long as you are within a certain range of them and if you are in combat.
Having multiple Dazzi Noct in your team will have all of them appear next to your character, allowing you to have several of them following you.

Verdict
Dazzi Noct can be a bit dangerous if there is a group of them attacking you, making it important to focus on fighting one at a time unless you or your Pals can damage the whole group.
If you don’t have any Pals that can generate electricity, you can pick up Dazzi Noct and assign it to a Power Generator to make it focus on doing this.
Similar to the regular variant of Dazzi, this Pal also drops Dazzi Cloud, which can be used to craft a Homeward Thundercloud. (Used to teleport you to your base)
