1) PandaSama’s Realistic Childbirth Mod
This Realistic Childbirth Mod allows your Sims to go through certain stages of their pregnancy up to childbirth, which includes new actions added to the game.
Seven steps take place once your Sim is in their second trimester, which starts a whole event that lasts until they give birth.
These events take place every time your Sim becomes pregnant and add steps such as contacting an Obstetrician, choosing where to give birth and who accompanies you, and more.
2) Ultrasound Scan by LittleMsSam
This mod adds the option to have your Sims have an Ultrasound Examination, which is a realistic feature that makes pregnancy more fun.
Once your Sim is in its 2nd or 3rd Trimester, you will be able to do an Ultrasound Examination, which will reveal the number of babies as well as their genders.
This can be done through the Phone Travel Menu and will have your Sims away for 60 – 90 minutes, which later reveals results when they get back. (You can put the framed images on a wall)

This allows you to alter the possibility of Sims becoming pregnant as well as their fertility levels based on how easy you want this to happen.
Adding this mod to your game will allow you to control the chances your Sims may become pregnant and add more to the game regarding how it happens.

5) Realistic Pregnancy Symptoms Mod by Wicked Pixel
This mod works by adding the Pregnancy Symptoms Trait in create-a-sim, which works for pregnant females as well as males who have been abducted by aliens.
This causes your Sims to show random signs of pregnancy every 2-3 hours, which have different effects and may even leave them unable to do other actions.
This also allows them to complain about their symptoms via the social menu, making the game more realistic as well as challenging.
6) Baby Shower Event by kiarasims4mods
This mod introduces a new event, which allows your Sims to plan a Baby Shower Event when they are pregnant and want to celebrate.
