Destiny 2: How To Complete A Poke in The Eye Triumph (Monument of Triumph)

Servitors are some of the most familiar enemies that you may have encountered in Destiny 2, often sturdy and annoying enemies, but the bosses can be an even bigger pain.

A certain Triumph from the Monument of Triumph has you going up against one of the tougher variants of the Servitors, which are mainly any boss-type servitor you can find.

Challenged with hunting down one of these bosses, completion of this Triumph will need to be done in the EDZ if you want to get the Legendary Marks rewarded for it.

How To Complete A Poke in The Eye?

To complete A Poke In The Eye, you will need to defeat a Servitor boss in the EDZ, with the easiest and most reliable target appearing during the Ether Resupply Public Event.

Unlike other Fallen encounters where Servitors simply support nearby enemies, the Ether Resupply event revolves around taking down a massive Servitor that arrives to distribute Ether to its allies.

Once the event begins, clear out the surrounding Fallen and focus your fire on the giant Servitor until it is destroyed, at which point the Triumph should register as complete.

Tips For Completion

If you’re specifically hunting this Triumph, there’s little reason to search Lost Sectors or patrol areas since they don’t provide a reliable Servitor boss for the objective.

Keep an eye on the EDZ map for the Ether Resupply icon and head over as soon as it appears, as Public Events rotate between different activities and locations.

The boss itself isn’t particularly dangerous with other Guardians around, so in many cases, the biggest challenge is simply getting there before someone else melts it in a few seconds.

A Poke in The Eye Rewards

After defeating the Servitor boss, you’ll be able to claim A Poke In The Eye and receive 15 Legendary Marks toward your Monument of Triumph progress.

Verdict

The Ether Resupply Public Event has Guardians crashing what is essentially a Fallen fuel delivery, with one oversized Servitor acting as both the supplier and your target.

Fortunately for the Triumph, all that floating machinery makes for an easy mark, especially when half the instance decides it wants the same reward.

Once the Servitor comes apart in a shower of sparks and scrap, that’s another 15 Legendary Marks in your pocket and one less giant eyeball hovering around the EDZ.
