After an uneasy run-in with a man named Urivar, you soon learn that things have gotten worse a the Cathedral of Light in Kyovashad.
Knowing that your buddy Lorath may be someone drinking himself to sleep, you will need to search for him to find him before Urivar and his knights do.
This sets you on a path to the Eastern Pass where you will head for the Windswept Cabin, which is where Lorath used to live.
How To Get Pursuit of Justice Quest?
The Pursuit of Justice Quest becomes available after you have spoken to Urivar at the Cathedral of Light, which is where he insulted and threatened you.
After learning about the new ways of the knights led by Urivar, your first instinct is to find Lorath before something happens to the old man.

Pursuit of Justice Quest Walkthrough
Upon reaching the Windswept Cabin, you find the Burning Knights and their captain outside of the cabin as if they had got into a fight.
Speaking to the Burned Knight Captain ends with hostility and you will have to kill all of the knights in the area before entering the Cabin.
Once you have killed the knights, make your way into the cabin and you will find a woman named Nawal, who has been attacked by the knights.
It is revealed that this would be the third time that Nawal visited the cabin but was never able to find Lorath but she does share information about Nyrelle.
The two of you will be interrupted by Mother Reverend Prava, who claims to have come to seek your help as she is also looking for Neyrelle.
Mother Reverend Prava offers you peace before you leave to search for a man named Raheir in Gea Kul, who Nawal believes can help you. (Quest ends there)
Pursuit of Justice Rewards
After exchanging words with Nawal and Reverend Mother Prava, the quest ends and you will gain Experience and Gold.
This will also result in a quest called A Magpie in Flight, which will have you making your way to Gea Kul.
Verdict
Lorath is nowhere to be found and judging by this being the third time that Nawal has made her way to the cabin, finding him seems undoable.
Mother Reverend Prava appears to be upset with Urivar’s ways, especially after doing a public execution back at the Cathedral of Light.
Your only clue is a man who may be able to help you find Neyrelle but there is more to this man than meets the eye.
